Through strong sustainability governance, tangible contributions to climate change mitigation, and measurable social responsibility, we are paving the way for a more sustainable future in the nickel mining and processing sector.

In all our operations, the responsible use of water is essential to ensuring water supply is continuously maintained and made available, for the benefit of communities and the environment.

Achievement :
- Harita Nickel reported a net profit of IDR 6.37 trillion in 2024, reflecting a 13.53% growth compared to the previous year.
Providing a safe workplace and instilling a safety culture.
Achievements:
- Zero work-related fatalities in 2024.
- Employee and contractor Total Recordable Injury Frequency Rates (TRIFR) decreased by 35% and 26%, respectively, in 2024.
- PT TBP Tbk, PT HPL, PT HJF, and PT MSP achieved ISO 45001 certification.
Ensuring integrity and ethical behavior form an integral part of corporate culture.
Achievements:
- 100% of employees received training on anti-corruption and anti-bribery policies, as well as grievance and whistleblowing mechanisms.
- 100% response rate to both employee and external complaints.
- As of December 2024, the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) granted conformant status to PT Halmahera Persada Lygend for its compliance with the Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP) — Joint Due Diligence (JDD) Standard for Nickel and Cobalt Due Diligence.
