PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk (Harita Nickel) has appointed Franssoka Yunus Sumarwi as corporate secretary based on the Company's Corporate Secretary Appointment Letter No. 116/LGL-TBP/XII/2022 dated December 13, 2022.

Regulated in Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 35 of 2014 concerning Corporate Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies, among others:

1. Following the development of the Capital Market, especially the laws and regulations applicable in the Capital Market sector;
2. Providing input to the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of the Company to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations in the Capital Market sector;
3. Assisting the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners in implementing corporate governance which includes:
   • Disclosure of information to the public, including the availability of information on the Company's website;
   • Submission of reports to the Financial Services Authority on time;
   • Organization and documentation of General Meetings of Shareholders;
   • Organization and documentation of meetings of the Board of Directors and/or Board of Commissioners; and
   • Implementation of orientation programs for the company for the Board of Directors and/or Board of Commissioners
4. Acting as a liaison or contact person between the Company and the Company's shareholders, OJK, and other stakeholders.

Franssoka, an Indonesian citizen, is 35 years old in the fiscal year 2024. He earned a law degree from Trisakti University in 2010 and later pursued a Master of Business Administration at Gadjah Mada University, graduating in 2015.

His career in the legal field began in 2010 as an Associate at Makes & Partners Law Firm. Before joining Harita Nickel, he served as Corporate Legal Counsel at PETRONAS Carigali Indonesia Operation and PETRONAS Carigali in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 2013 to 2018.

Currently, Franssoka holds the position of Corporate Legal Manager at Harita Nickel.
