<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">Tonny Hasudungan Gultom, an Indonesian citizen aged 63 years in the 2024 financial year, currently serves as the HSE Director of PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk. He was reappointed as the company's director on December 15, 2022, based on the Deed of Statement of Shareholders' Resolutions of PT Trimegah Bangun Persada No. 145, dated December 15, 2022.</p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">Tonny has a broad educational background in hydrology, geography, and management. He completed two Bachelor's degrees at Universitas Gadjah Mada, in Geography (1984) and Hydrology (1987). Thereafter, he continued his Master's studies in Hydrology Engineering at UNESCO-IHE, Delft, in the Netherlands in 1991; and Financial Management from AWU, IOWA, in the United States (correspondent) in 2000.</p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">In addition, Tonny is also in possession of several notable professional certifications, including the achievement of Professional Engineer status from the Bandung Institute of Technology, and a Main Professional Engineer Competency Certificate from the Indonesian Engineers Association (PII), which he achieved in 2021 and 2022, respectively.</p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">Tonny's professional career to date in this industry encompasses a number of strategic roles. Prior to his tenure at the Company, he was also appointed to important positions in institutions such as PT Obi Anugerah Mineral (since 2017), PT Halmahera Persada Lygend (since 2018), PT Obira Mitra Jaya (since 2019), PT Gane Permai Sentosa (since 2020), and PT Halmahera Jaya Feronikel (since 2020). Tonny still holds these positions to this day.</p>

Tonny Hasudungan Gultom

<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">Lim Sian Choo, a 68-year-old Malaysian citizen in the 2024 financial year, has been serving as the Sustainability Director of PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk since December 15, 2022. This appointment is based on the Deed Statement of the Shareholders' Resolution of PT Trimegah Bangun Persada No. 145, dated December 15, 2022. She is currently domiciled in South Jakarta.</p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">She earned a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration degree from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand, in 1981.</p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">Lim Sian Choo has a long career in cutting-edge sustainability initiatives, having worked in numerous companies and been active in various fora and working groups related to sustainability. Prior to joining the company, she served as Chief Sustainability Officer at Bumitama Agri Ltd Group, and in that role was also active as Co-chair of the Standards Standing Committee in 2021.</p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">Currently, Lim Sian Choo also holds the position of Chief Sustainability Officer at Bumitama Agri Ltd Group.</p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">She has no financial, managerial, or familial relationships with members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, or Majority and Controlling Shareholders of PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk.</p>

Lim Sian Choo

<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">Younsel Evand Roos, an Indonesian citizen aged 59 years in the 2024 financial year, currently serves as the Director of Operations at PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk. He was first appointed on December 15, 2022, based on the Deed of Statement of Shareholders' Resolution of PT Trimegah Bangun Persada No. 145 dated December 15, 2022.</p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">Younsel completed his Bachelor of Mining Engineering degree from the Bandung Institute of Technology in 1990, which provided a strong foundation for his career in the mining industry.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">He has since developed extensive experience in mining operations, with an impressive professional track record. Prior to serving as the Company's Director of Operations, Younsel was General Manager at PT Trimegah Bangun Persada from 2013 to 2022.</p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">Currently, Younsel does not hold any concurrent positions in other companies. In addition, he has no financial, managerial, or familial relationships with members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, or Majority and Controlling Shareholders of PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk.</p>

Younsel Evand Roos

<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">Suparsin Darmo Liwan, an Indonesian citizen aged 41 in the 2024 financial year, currently serves as Finance Director of PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk. He was appointed as Finance Director on December 15, 2022, based on the Deed of Statement of Shareholders' Resolution of PT Trimegah Bangun Persada No. 145 dated December 15, 2022.</p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">Suparsin has a strong educational background in accounting. He earned a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Tarumanegara University, Jakarta, in 2004. In addition, he also holds various professional qualifications, including a Certified Management Accountancy (CMA) certificate from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants Australia, and Professional Financial Modeler certification from the International Financial Modeling Institute, both of which were obtained in 2017.</p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">Suparsin's career in finance and accounting has spanned more than two decades, in which he has gained valuable experience in various companies. Most recently, Suparsin served in the Group Corporate Finance and Investor Relations department at PT ABM Investama Tbk (from 2015 to 2018). Since 2018, he has been Chief Financial Officer at PT Halmahera Persada Lygend, a position he still holds to this day.</p>

<p dir="ltr">Roy Arman Arfandy, an Indonesian citizen aged 57 years in the 2024 financial year, currently serves as the President Director of PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk. His appointment as President Director was first made on December 15, 2022, based on the Deed Statement of the Shareholders' Resolution of PT Trimegah Bangun Persada No. 145, dated December 15, 2022.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Supported by an educational background which includes a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Hasanuddin University in Makassar, South Sulawesi, which he obtained in 1991, Roy has extensive experience in various industrial sectors. Before leading the Company, he served as President Director of PT Eurokars Motor Indonesia from February 2017 to January 2020.</p>
