PT Gane Tambang Sentosa has obtained a Production Operation Mining Business License based on the Decree of the Head of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office of North Maluku Province dated December 4, 2020, covering an area of 2,314 hectares on Obi Island, South Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province.
Harita Nickel holds a 99% ownership stake in PT Gane Tambang Sentosa.
PT Jikodolong Megah Pertiwi (JMP) has obtained a Production Operation Mining Business License based on the Decree of the Head of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office of North Maluku Province dated January 14, 2019, covering an area of 1,885 hectares on Obi Island, South Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province. Currently, JMP is in the process of preparing infrastructure and facilities to support its operational activities.
Harita Nickel, through GPS, holds an indirect ownership stake of 99.6% in JMP.
PT Obi Anugerah Mineral (OAM) has obtained a Production Operation Mining Business License based on the Decree of the Head of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office of North Maluku Province dated August 18, 2022, covering an area of 1,775 hectares on Obi Island, South Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province.
Harita Nickel, through GPS, holds an indirect ownership stake of 99.6% in OAM.
PT Karya Tambang Sentosa operates on Obi Island, South Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province, under the Decree of the Regent of South Halmahera dated September 12, 2011, with a total area of 3,815 hectares.
