Environmental Impact Analysis

Harita Nickel ensures compliance with Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL) regulations, aligning with PP No. 22 of 2021 and Permen LHK No. 4 of 2021. This commitment is reflected in our Environmental Management Plan (RKL) and Environmental Monitoring Plan (RPL), developed in collaboration with stakeholders, including local communities, NGOs, academics, and the government.

Harita Nickel's Environmental Impact Analysis covers various aspects, including geo-physics-chemistry (air quality, water quality, and soil quality), biodiversity (protection of flora and fauna and land rehabilitation), socio-economic-cultural (empowerment of local communities and protection of culture), and public health (safety and welfare of the surrounding community).

Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3)

Harita Nickel has implemented SMK3 in compliance with PP No. 50 of 2012 and has received certification from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower, demonstrating our commitment to a safe and healthy work environment that meets national standards.

Corporate Performance Rating Assessment Program in Environmental Management (PROPER)

PROPER is a program initiated by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) to evaluate companies' performance in environmental management. It assesses compliance with government regulations, including water pollution control, air pollution control, hazardous waste (B3) management, adherence to environmental permits, and land rehabilitation.

In the 2024-2025 period, Harita Nickel successfully obtained the Blue PROPER rating, demonstrating full compliance with KLHK's environmental management standards.
