Beyond its core operations, Harita Nickel continues to grow a network of supporting units that enhance the strength and sustainability of its industrial ecosystem.

On May 16, 2024, the Company and its strategic partners established a joint venture named PT Bhakti Bumi Sentosa (BBS), a company focused on improving the management practices of production waste. BBS will transform tailings from the refining of limonite nickel ore using High Pressure Acid Leach (HPAL) technology into economically valuable products, aligning with the principles of the circular economy.
The Company, through its associated entity PT Halmahera Persada Lygend, holds a 94.24% ownership stake in BBS.

On May 16, 2024, the Company and its strategic partners established a joint venture named PT Cipta Kemakmuran Mitra (PT CKM), which produces quick lime, a raw material used in the refining process of limonite nickel ore through High Pressure Acid Leach (HPAL) technology.
The Company holds a 40% ownership stake in PT CKM.
