We encourage all parties, including Harita personnel and the public, to report any known or suspected violations involving Harita Nickel employees or the misuse of Harita Nickel's facilities and infrastructure.

The relevant parties within the company will acknowledge receipt of the report and conduct an initial assessment before forwarding it to an appointed official. This official is responsible for reviewing and addressing the reported issues.

Harita Nickel is committed to taking firm action against any violations by imposing appropriate sanctions. Any employee found guilty of misconduct will face consequences as part of our commitment to upholding the company’s values.

Additionally, the company guarantees the confidentiality of the reporter’s identity and all parties involved in the reporting process.
