Mordekhai Aruan

Mordekhai Aruan, a 35-year-old Indonesian citizen based in Jakarta, has served as the Chair of the Ethics and Risk Committee since June 5, 2023.

In this role, he is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and upholding good governance within the company.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Bandung Institute of Technology (2007–2011) and has over a decade of experience in the mining industry, particularly in government relations and compliance. Since 2023, he has been serving as the Head of Government Relations and Compliance at Harita Nickel.

Before joining Harita Nickel, Mordekhai gained extensive experience at PT Freeport Indonesia, where he held key roles, including General Foreman for GBC Construction (2016–2018) and Foreman for GBC Railway Project (2012–2016).

Mordekhai has no financial, managerial, or family ties with members of the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, or Majority and Controlling Shareholders.
