Rivan Lie

Rivan Lie, a 40-year-old Indonesian citizen based in Jakarta, has been a Member of the Ethics and Risk Committee since January 6, 2023. In this role, he ensures compliance with good corporate governance principles, ethical standards, and operational risk management.

With extensive experience in logistics, human resources, and general administration, Rivan has also served as Head of Logistics at Harita Nickel since 2022 and Head of HR & GA at Harita Group since 2013.

He holds a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Indonesia, earned in 2014.

Rivan has no financial, managerial, or family relationships with members of the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, or Majority and Controlling Shareholders.
