Robby Rafianto

Robby Irfan Rafianto, a 54-year-old Indonesian citizen based in Jakarta, has been a Member of the Ethics and Risk Committee since January 6, 2023. In this role, he ensures the implementation of good corporate governance principles, business ethics standards, and effective operational risk management.

With over two decades of experience in the mining industry, Robby specializes in exploration, mineral resource planning, and production. Before joining Harita Nickel, he served as General Manager of Exploration at PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (2005–2009).

Currently, alongside his role in the Ethics and Risk Committee, he serves as President Commissioner of PT Halmahera Jaya Feronikel and as President Director at PT Jikodolong Megah Pertiwi and PT Obi Anugerah Mineral.

Robby earned his Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering from the National Development University "Veteran" Yogyakarta in 1995. Robby has no financial, managerial, or family ties with members of the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, or Majority and Controlling Shareholders.
