Darjoto Setyawan

Darjoto Setyawan is an Indonesian citizen, aged 67 in the 2024 financial year.

Darjoto earned a Master’s degree in Management from the Prasetiya Mulya Institute of Management in 1994, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with a focus on Operations Research from the Bandung Institute of Technology in 1981.

In addition to his role at Trimegah Bangun Persada, Mr. Darjoto has also served as President Director of PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk since 2021, as well as President Commissioner of PT Atome Finance Indonesia during the same period. He also plays an active role as an Independent Commissioner in several other companies, including PT Cita Mineral Investindo Tbk and PT China Life Insurance Indonesia. He is also the President Commissioner of PT Kredit Pinter Indonesia.

He has no financial, managerial, or familial relationships with members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, or Major and Controlling Shareholders of PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk.
