Lim Sian Choo

Lim Sian Choo, a 68-year-old Malaysian citizen in the 2024 financial year, has been serving as the Sustainability Director of PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk since December 15, 2022. This appointment is based on the Deed Statement of the Shareholders' Resolution of PT Trimegah Bangun Persada No. 145, dated December 15, 2022. She is currently domiciled in South Jakarta.

She earned a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration degree from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand, in 1981.

Lim Sian Choo has a long career in cutting-edge sustainability initiatives, having worked in numerous companies and been active in various fora and working groups related to sustainability. Prior to joining the company, she served as Chief Sustainability Officer at Bumitama Agri Ltd Group, and in that role was also active as Co-chair of the Standards Standing Committee in 2021.

Currently, Lim Sian Choo also holds the position of Chief Sustainability Officer at Bumitama Agri Ltd Group.

She has no financial, managerial, or familial relationships with members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, or Majority and Controlling Shareholders of PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk.
