<p><strong>Jakarta, 27 June 2024 -- </strong>PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk (NCKL) or Harita Nickel, an integrated and sustainable nickel mining and processing company, announced its solid financial performance and operational growth, along with dividend distribution. This was conveyed during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) and Public Expose held today at Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel.</p>
<p>During the RUPST, the company reported revenue of Rp23.86 trillion in 2023, a 149.4% increase from the previous year. Additionally, the company recorded a net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company for the 2023 fiscal year of Rp 5.62 trillion, up 20.4% from the previous year. Based on this profit, the company declared a cash dividend of 30% or approximately Rp1.6 trillion. A reserve fund of 0.18% or Rp10 billion was established, while the remaining profit was recorded as retained earnings to support operational and business development activities.
  </p>
<p>In the AGMS, the shareholders also approved the repurchase of shares issued by the company in accordance with Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No. 29 of 2023. The company will allocate a maximum of IDR 1,000,000,000,000 for this share repurchase plan, with the execution period within 12 (twelve) months after obtaining approval.
  </p>
<p>Harita Nickel’s President Director, Roy Arman Arfandy, emphasized the importance of cautious expansion in facing global challenges. "We are committed to continuing wise investments and developing production facilities that can increase the volume and added value of the products we produce. We will maintain a healthy and strong financial position to anticipate future working capital needs," said Roy.
  </p>
<p>During the Public Expose, Roy also presented the company's operational and financial performance, as well as various ongoing development projects. In the first quarter of 2024, mining production reached 5.88 million wet metric tons (wmt), an increase of 38% from the previous year's period. The production came from two operating mines (PT. TBP and PT. GPS), while three other mines (PT. JMP, PT. OAM, and PT. GTS) are still in the exploration stage.
  </p>
<p>The construction of the HPAL (ONC) facility also showed significant progress. The first production line of this second HPAL facility (ONC) has reached full production capacity by the end of May 2024. The second production line started operations in June 2024, while the third line is scheduled to start in August 2024.
  </p>
<p>Harita Nickel, together with its strategic partner, has also established two new companies, PT Bhakti Bumi Sentosa (BBS) and PT Cipta Kemakmuran Mitra (CKM). PT BBS aims to recycle waste materials from HPAL production into valuable commodities, while PT CKM aims to produce limestone into quicklime to reduce production costs from HPAL facilities.

<p>Harita Nickel also reaffirmed the company's commitment to sustainability. In terms of governance and reporting standards, various standards and certifications have been met and are currently in process, including the Initiative for Responsible Mining Assurance (IRMA). IRMA is a comprehensive standard for responsible mining and mineral processing, supported by various stakeholders. The company has completed the self-assessment process and is currently undergoing an audit. In addition to IRMA, the company is also registered as an active facility for the Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP) by the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) and is currently undergoing an audit for assessment.

<p>In addition to governance and reporting standards, Harita Nickel also expressed its commitment to integrating sustainability into ecosystem protection and environmental conservation and various community development and empowerment programs. These programs include health services, education, social and cultural activities, and economic initiatives.

Harita Nickel Announces IDR 1.6 Trillion in Dividends While Recording a Solid Growth

<p><strong>Jakarta, May 31, 2024</strong> - PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk (NCKL) or Harita Nickel, an integrated and sustainable nickel mining and processing company, has received two awards at the TOP CSR Awards 2024 ceremony held at the Raffles Jakarta Hotel on Wednesday, May 29, 2024. Harita Nickel, operating on Obi Island, North Maluku, received the TOP CSR Award with a 4-star rating and the TOP Leader on CSR Commitment 2024, presented to the President Director of Harita Nickel, Roy A. Arfandy.</p>
<p>Achmad Daniri, chairman of the TOP CSR Awards 2024 Jury, stated that the awards were given after a series of assessments consisting of five main criteria. The award for the Top Leader on CSR Commitment 2024 category is given to appreciate the company leadership's commitment to CSR programs.
</p>
<p>"This is an award given to company leaders assessed to have a high commitment to supporting CSR policies and implementation in their companies," said Daniri.
</p>
<p>On this occasion, Harita Nickel's Head of External Relations, Latif Supriadi, conveyed that both awards are tangible evidence of the company's commitment to developing and implementing innovative CSR programs. Latif added that Harita Nickel's presence on Obi Island, North Maluku, opens opportunities for the community to grow together.

<p>"This is why we are committed to empowering the local community by involving them as integral partners in our supply chain. By empowering and engaging the community as local suppliers, we create a strong bond between business sustainability and local economic growth," said Latif after receiving the award.

<p>Latif cited one of the economic development programs, the Independence and Empowerment Movement for Village Entrepreneurs (Gemar Papeda). Through this program, 65 local suppliers and 26 farmer groups have been nurtured, leading to the creation of 691 jobs. The company's monthly transaction value from local suppliers reached Rp 13 billion.

Lutfi Handayani, expressed that these awards contain many shared learning processes to enhance the quality and effectiveness of company CSR. Harita Nickel Earns Double Honors for  Innovative CSR Program on Obi Island

<p><strong>Jakarta, 8 Mei 2024 --&nbsp;</strong>PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk (NCKL) or Harita Nickel, an integrated and sustainable nickel mining and processing company, secured five awards at the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainable Village Development (PDB) Awards 2024 held at The Westin Hotel Jakarta on May 7, 2024. The awards were presented by the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia (RI VP) Ma'ruf Amin and the Minister of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration (Mendes PDTT) Abdul Halim Iskandar.</p>
<p>From these five awards, Harita Nickel received two for the CSR & Sustainable Village Development program category, two for the individual category with the Excellent title received by Darwan Aduhasan, as the secretary of BUMDes Batu Putih in Buton Village, and individual category with the Outstanding title received by Lukmanul Hakim, as the Agriculture Foreman of Harita Nickel for his role in developing the farmer groups. Apart from that, Harita Nickel also received The Best Silver Achievement award.

<p>Regarding these awards, Latif Supriadi, Head of External Relations Harita Nickel, stated that the achievement reflects the company's commitment and contribution to fostering the growth of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) and development in the villages around Harita Nickel's operational area.

<p>Latif further exemplified that one of Harita Nickel's programs, Buton Sentani (Sentra Ketahanan Pangan Obi), has successfully enhanced the productivity of farmer groups nurtured by Harita Nickel. He mentioned that Harita Nickel, along with the village government, Agricultural Extension Centers, and Bumdes, provided cultivation guidance and support for agricultural facilities and infrastructure to several farmer groups.

<p>Latif added that the company then purchases rice produced from the Sentani program to fulfill the catering needs of Harita Nickel. "The volume of transactions between the community and Harita needs to be increased. Thus, there are still many opportunities for the community to collaborate and potentially become suppliers," added Latif.

<p>Meanwhile, Darwan Aduhasan, the secretary of BUMDes Batu Putih in Buton Village, admitted to collaborating with Harita Nickel since 2021. Darwan stated that the horticulture and food security program in five villages on Obi Island has since developed.

<p>"One example is our rice fields, which initially spanned 3 hectares and have now expanded to 30 hectares. The horticulture crops, which initially covered 1 hectare, have now grown to 5 hectares in each village," said Darwan after receiving the award from th Vice President.

<p>In his speech, Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia Ma'ruf Amin stated that village development is one of the government's focal points for realizing a balanced, developed, and equitable national economic structure. He hoped that the villages, as the smallest governance unit, could become nodes for driving the economic development of the community.

<p>At the same event, Minister of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration (Mendes PDTT) Abdul Halim Iskandar highlighted the importance of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in enhancing the welfare of village residents. This crucial role has been evidenced by the various achievements of BUMDes since the government began focusing on their development in 2021.

<p>The CSR and PDB Award 2024 is an accolade awarded to companies, NGOs, and individuals for their services in accelerating village development through the involvement and development of BUMDes/BUM Desma and other CSR activities. Accelerating the Development of Obi Island Villages, Harita Nickel Sweeps Five CSR and Sustainable Village Development Awards

<p><strong>Jakarta, 28 March 2024 -- </strong>PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk (NCKL) or Harita Nickel, a sustainable nickel mining and processing company, today announced its financial achievements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. Amid global challenges, such as the decline in nickel prices and macroeconomic uncertainty, Harita Nickel continued to record strong growth, driven by increased production and operational efficiency.</p>
<p>In 2023, the profit attributable to the owners of the parent entity was IDR 5.62 trillion, up from IDR 4.67 trillion the previous year, marking a 20% growth. This growth reflects effective operational management and stable growth amid a fluctuating market, with a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) for profit attributable to the owners of the parent entity reaching 170% since the 2020 fiscal year.
  </p>
<p>Moreover, overall in 2023, Harita Nickel recorded revenue of IDR 23.86 trillion, up by 149% from the previous year, and a gross profit of IDR 8.28 trillion, an increase of 77% compared to the previous year.

<p>This growth was also driven by increased sales volumes from the nickel ore processing business, including the new smelter PT Halmahera Jaya Feronikel (HJF), a pyrometallurgical-based saprolite (high-grade nickel ore) smelting facility producing ferronickel, and additional production lines from <a href="https://hpalnickel.com/" target="_blank">PT Halmahera Persada Lygend (HPL),</a> a hydrometallurgical-based limonite (low-grade nickel ore) refining facility producing raw materials for electric vehicle batteries.   </p>
<p>From the mining business, Harita Nickel recorded increased nickel ore sales volume of 98%, reaching 15.38 million wmt (wet metric tons), compared to 7.77 million wmt in 2022. This volume consisted of 6.30 million wmt of saprolite, up 235% from 1.88 million wmt, and 9.08 million wmt of limonite, an increase of 54% from 5.89 million wmt.

<p>From the nickel processing business, in F23 Hartia Nickel also recorded a 300% increase in ferronickel production, from 25,372 tons in 2022 to 101,538 tons in 2023, and a 50% increase in MHP (mixed hydroxide precipitate) production, a raw material for electric vehicle batteries, from 42,310 tons in 2022 to 63,654 tons in 2023. This also reflects the company's strategic focus on expanding its production capabilities and strengthening its market position.

Amidst Uncertain Global Economy, Harita Nickel Continues to Grow and Perform Strongly in 2023

<p>The Limited Public Offering will be executed within a maximum of 12 (twelve) months after obtaining approval in the EGMS, in compliance with applicable capital market regulations, including but not limited to approval from the capital market authority (if required) and the final plan related to the acquisition of shares in the target company.

EGMS Agenda Approved, Harita Nickel Strengthens Foundation for Sustainable Growth and Expansion

<p><strong>Jakarta, 30 November 2023</strong> – Despite the challenging world nickel market conditions, PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk., or Harita Nickel and its subsidiaries ("Company") (ticker code: NCKL), managed to record a high increase in Sales and Profit Attributable to Owners of the Parent Company in the first nine months of 2023.</p><p>NCKL is an integrated nickel mining and downstream Company that has upstream and downstream capabilities on Obi Island, South Halmahera North Maluku. In the 9M 2023 period, NCKL posted Sales of IDR 17.3 trillion, up 135% compared to IDR 7.4 trillion in the 9M 2022 period. Apart from that, the Company was also able to record and increased in Profit Attributable to Owners of the Parent Company of 24% to IDR 4.5 trillion from IDR 3.6 trillion in the previous period.</p><p>The significant increase in sales is the result of the Company's efforts to continuously expand production capacity from mining business line, High Pressure Acid Leach ("HPAL") refinery production and the Rotary Kiln Electric Furnace ("RKEF") smelter production line in the last 2 years.</p><p>An additional Mixed Hydroxide Precipitate (“MHP”) production line with a capacity of 18,000 tons contained nickel/year which has been completed by one of the Company's subsidiaries, namely PT Halmahera Persada Lygend (PT HPL), has successfully carried out commercial production since early 2023 and managed to reach full production capacity in just 2 months. So, the total installed capacity of the three production lines owned by PT HPL currently has an installed capacity of 55,000 tons contained nickel/year.</p><p>Apart from that, another subsidiary, namely PT Harita Jayaraya Feronikel (PT HJF), which has eight production lines, has also been operating in stages since the beginning of 2023 and since August 2023, all of PT HJF's production lines have been running at full capacity. PT HJF has a Ferronickel production capacity of up to 95,000 tons contained nickel/year.&nbsp;</p><p>From the mining business, the Company recorded a significant increase in nickel ore production to meet additional demand due to an increase in production capacity from both PT HPL and PT HJF. During the 9M 2023 period, NCKL's mining subsidiary has produced around 10 million nickel limonite ores and 4.4 million nickel saprolite ores.</p><p><img alt="Produksi tambang" src="https://apiharitanikel.dipstrategy.co.id/storage/images/old/news_assets/produksi-tambang.png" style="display: block; margin: auto;" title="Produksi tambang"></p><p>From the HPAL refinery production line, since the addition of one production line, the Company recorded an increase in MHP production of 49% compared to the previous year's period, namely to 46,891 tons contained nickel. Some of the MHP products that are produced are converted into Nickel Sulfate and Cobalt Sulfate, which are the main raw materials for making ternary precursors, which are needed in making nickel-based electric vehicle batteries. During the first nine months of 2023, the Company through its subsidiaries has produced 9,287 tons of Nickel Sulfate and 818 tons of Cobalt Sulfate.</p><p><img alt="Produksi refinery hpal" src="https://apiharitanikel.dipstrategy.co.id/storage/images/old/news_assets/produksi-refinery-hpal.png" style="display: block; margin: auto;" title="Produksi refinery hpal"></p><p>From the RKEF smelter production line, the Company through its 2 subsidiaries, namely PT HJF and PT MSP, succeeded in recording total Ferronickel production in the first nine months of 2023 of 68,994 tons contained nickel or an increase of 268% from the previous year. In the 9M23 period, PT HJF recorded a ferronickel production volume of 47,963 tons contained nickel. Meanwhile, PT Megah Surya Pertiwi ("MSP") posted a production volume of 21,031 tons contained nickel in the nine months of 2023.</p><p><img alt="Produksi smelter rkef" src="https://apiharitanikel.dipstrategy.co.id/storage/images/old/news_assets/produksi-smelter-rkef.png" style="display: block; margin: auto;" title="Produksi smelter rkef"></p><p>From financial aspect, even though market conditions were full of challenges due to the decline in nickel prices on the world market, the Company managed to record a gross profit of IDR 6.1 trillion, or an increase of 63% compared to IDR 3.8 trillion in the first nine months of 2022. By continuing to innovate and be efficient in the Company's operations, Operating Profit increased by 59% to IDR 5.4 trillion from IDR 3.4 trillion in the first nine months of the previous year. Meanwhile, Profit for the current period even increased by 60% to IDR 5.7 trillion from IDR 3.5 trillion for the same period in the previous year.</p><p>The Company was also able to record Net Profit for the owners of the parent entity of IDR 1.7 trillion in the third quarter of 2023, up 25% compared to IDR 1.5 trillion for the same period in the previous year. In the first nine months of 2023, the Company recorded a net profit for owners of the parent entity of IDR 4.5 trillion or an increase of 24% compared to the same period last year.&nbsp;</p><p>With the continued development of the electric vehicle industry globally and the Government's plans to become one of the largest electric car battery producers in the world, the Company, with the spirit of "from Obi for Indonesia", is committed to continuing to invest and build production facilities that can increase volume and added value from the products that are produced by the Company.&nbsp;</p><p>Currently, the Company is carrying out further expansion by building a second HPAL facility through a subsidiary, namely PT Obi Nickel Cobalt (ONC), which is targeted to have 3 (three) production lines with a production capacity of 65,000 tons contained nickel/year MHP and is expected to operate in stages starting in the second quarter of 2024.</p><p>The Company is also planning further expansion for the RKEF production line through an associated entity, namely PT Karunia Permai Sentosa (KPS), which is targeted to have 12 production lines with a production capacity of 185,000 tons contained nickel/year (ferronickel) and is expected to operate in stages starting in the second semester of 2025.&nbsp;</p><p>In terms of sustainability, the Company will continue to be committed to carrying out sustainable integration in business processes, involvement and development of local communities, and the environment. The Company will also continue to carry out consultations and discussions with relevant Stakeholders and Customers regarding the implementation of ESG standards and certification that will be implemented in the industry.&nbsp;</p><br><br><br><br><br><br>
